The North Coast Symphony Orchestra directed by Daniel Swem will hold a concert “From Russia with Love” on Saturday, June 2, 2:30PM at the at the San Dieguito United Methodist Church, 170 Calle Magdalena, Encinitas. Soloist, Elan McMahan, will play the Piano Concerto No.2 by Shostakovich. Also on the program are Tschaikovsky’s “March Slav”, Borodin’s “From the Steppes of Central Asia”, Gliere’s “Russian Sailors’ Dance” and Glinka’s “Overture to Ruslan and Ludmilla.”
