Further exploration of the ceramic process will introduce more complex ways of making larger pieces of clay and more difficult shapes – bigger, higher, rounder and narrower – are taught. Learn specific types of closed forms and multi-parted vessels. Continue to develop personal expression, aesthetic, technical competency and craft in the functional and sculptural ceramic art form.
