Oceanside Cultural Arts Foundation will be presenting “Raising Our Voices…Community through the Arts” Monday, October 22, 7:00 pm in the Civic Center Community Rooms. This celebration, part of the OMFest 2018 Series, will include music from Folk, Broadway as well as Patriotic sing along. Funds raised will go toward Performing and Visual Arts Scholarships.
